After a lifetime of waiting, a beloved feline finally got her wish to live indoors and is now living the life of luxury with her adorable kitten.
Once upon a time in a remote farm near Montreal, Canada, there lived a family who stumbled upon numerous abandoned cats lurking around their property. With each passing day, the number of cats exponentially increased, and the family took it upon themselves to rescue these poor creatures from the side of the road and nurse them back to health. However, as the days went by, providing the cats with the necessary care became a challenging task for them. The cats were either injured due to fights or sick, and the family’s resources were wearing thin. Unable to bear the burden any longer, they reached out for help.
Upon hearing about the family’s situation, animal rescuer Julie sprung into action. When she arrived at the farm, her heart sank as she saw one of the cats suffering from a cloudy eye and covered in mats. It was then that Julie knew she had to do everything in her power to save these cats from their misery.
With the assistance of humane traps, Julie successfully saved all of the feline inhabitants, both adult and kitten, and transported them to Chatons Orphelins Montréal. It became known that certain cats were expecting, with one of them being the cat with the hazy eye. Before they were placed in temporary homes, each received the necessary medical care. One particular kitty with long hair and a murky eye was christened Remille, tipping the scales at a meager 1.3 kg due to being underfed and undernourished.
Once Remille was brought inside, she immediately became more loving. After her coat was groomed and all the mats were removed, she seemed like a completely new cat and began purring loudly. Although she had an ulcer on one of her eyes and tested positive for FIV, she still craved attention and affection. In just a few days, Remille gained almost double her weight and her true personality shined through.
According to Celine, the tabby girl took some time to recover and become stronger. She had an insatiable hunger for food and love from her caretaker. With all the pampering she received, the cat, named Remille, began to appreciate life and experience happiness. One evening, she gave birth to four kittens, but sadly, only one, Hardy, survived despite their best efforts. The others, three of which were small, could not make it.
The young lad has always been the heaviest and most robust of the bunch. Though he is now six weeks old and still relies on breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, there’s no need to fret.

Remille, who recently turned ten months old, is overjoyed to have some helping hands in raising her little kitten. Being a young cat herself, she appreciates the assistance in keeping Hardy clean and showing him how to play.
The organization Chatons Orphelins Montréal has a cute and lively kitten that has brought joy to its new indoor environment. This adorable feline loves to play with feather toys and follow her fellow kitten around the house. In between playtime, she also enjoys getting up-close and personal with humans by snuggling up with them and making chirping sounds while getting some cuddles. According to Celine, this kitten is a playful and affectionate delight.
Remille is currently instructing her kitten on how to behave like a proper cat. At Chatons Orphelins Montréal, Hardy the kitten is gaining more energy and becoming increasingly inquisitive. He has become skilled at grooming himself and is improving his play skills by mimicking his mother. Remille guides the tabby kitten throughout the day, and lets him nurse for comfort at night.
The orphaned kittens in Montreal are getting a new lease on life thanks to the efforts of Chatons Orphelins. One lucky kitten, Remille, had been struggling to survive outside for months before finally finding a loving home. Now, she’s able to enjoy being a pampered kitten and finally feel safe and secure.
